Gordon MRM’s team has been advisors to participants in some of the largest deals undertaken in Ireland going back to the merger of Irish Life plc and Irish Permanent plc in 1999, the acquisition of TSB Bank in 2001 and the aquisition of the Irish businesses of Shell and Statoil by Irish company, Topaz in more recent years. More recently the firm has advised companies on communications issues in respect of asset disposals and company seperations. In 2012 the company has advised on the sale of Irish Life by permanent tsb Group Holdings plc and the MBO of Celtic Media Group.
