We consistently advise on more deals in Ireland than any other adviser and it is this deal experience which helps our clients achieve success in their transactions.”
Commenting on the outlook for 2018, Mr. Godfrey said: “In spite of the ongoing global geopolitical uncertainty, we believe that Ireland will continue to be an attractive destination for international investors seeking to enhance their European presence, given its stable currency and strong growth trajectory and the clarity provided by the recently concluded Phase I Brexit negotiations. Domestic and international companies continue to seek out mid-market M&A opportunities for strategic growth. We in IBI have visibility on a strong pipeline for 2018, particularly in the food, consumer, healthcare and energy sectors.”
