NAMA submits list of 332 apartments to Dublin City Council.

17:15pm Wednesday 19th October 2011. A spokesman for NAMA has confirmed that the agency has this evening submitted a list of 332 apartments to Dublin City Council for consideration by the Council for the use for residents of Priory Hall.  NAMA has advised the Council that where the Council wishes to explore the potential of any of these units, it (the Council) should contact the owners directly to agree commercial terms.

Some of the units may require the completion of some works before occupation but NAMA is advised that – where required – this should take no more than 2/3 weeks from agreement with the Council and NAMA has undertaken to fund the costs of such work.

The apartments identified on the list are in Dublin 13, Dublin 17 and Dublin 11.
